RETURN POLICY

At Brave Books, LLC, we want you to have an exceptional customer experience and be happy with your purchase, but  we understand if you need to make a return. We will accept Single Purchase items and merchandise with original packaging for returns within 72 hours of delivery. At this time, any books within a subscription purchase are not automatically eligible for a return and refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase or believe there was a mistake, please contact Customer Service at [email protected]

Important Return Notes and Exceptions:

  • We are not able to make changes or edits to orders after it has been placed.
  • Returned books or merchandise must be unused with the original packaging.
  • Any item that has been used is NOT eligible for return.
  • There is a $5 restocking fee on all orders.
  • The original shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  • Returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment.
  • Return shipping labels are not provided.
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for refund processing.

Defective and Damaged Items

On arrival of your package, please inspect each product to determine if they are defective or damaged. If any of your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 72 hours from the time of delivery via [email protected] for a replacement or store credit to be issued.

Please include a photo of the damage or defect. 

Missing Items in Shipment

If you receive a package and there is a missing item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Please include the full name on the order, order number, and the missing item. 

Incorrect Item Received

If you received an incorrect item in your package, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery for a replacement to be issued. Please include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. 

Lost or Stolen Shipments

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen we will provide support via [email protected].

We want to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner. We are currently experiencing longer-than-normal shipping and delivery times due to various conditions beyond our control. Please allow an extra 14 business days for delivery. If by that time you still have not received your package, please reach out.

Free Giveaways and Promotional Items

All items claimed through our giveaways (Blitz promotions, Free Book Promotions, etc.) will be subject to a $4.99 shipping fee. 

Any additional items purchased through a Free Book Promotion giveaway cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Please check your cart BEFORE final checkout to ensure any unwanted items are not included in your cart. All Promotional sales are final and nonrefundable. S&H charges are nonrefundable.

During blitz giveaways, the number of free items are limited and go quickly. Please note that our system automatically detects the quickest payment and applies the discount accordingly. 


Treasure Box Policy

Due to the limited quantities of the Treasure Box and the high cost of shipping, we will not accept any returns or exchanges on them. Refunds or partial refunds may be made in the case of lost, stolen or damaged boxes. Please contact customer service at [email protected] if your package appears to be lost, stolen or damaged. If it is damaged, please provide pictures of the damaged box and contents.
